Faith communities and community organizations across Vermont are the heart of VIA. By joining as a Partner in Ministry, your group becomes part of a statewide network dedicated to social justice in Vermont, working collaboratively for justice. Members receive valuable leadership training, organizing support, opportunities for multifaith collaboration, and the collective power to influence policy and defend constitutional rights. Join us to strengthen your impact and help make Vermont more just and resilient.

All Souls Interfaith Gathering, partners in ministry with various local organizations, provides opportunities for individual membership and community engagement. Ascension Lutheran Church collaborates closely with the Burlington Monthly Meeting of Friends to promote social justice in Vermont. In the heart of the city, Cathedral Church of St. Paul (Episcopal), Charlotte Congregational Church (UCC), and Christ Church Presbyterian work together to foster a supportive environment. College Street Congregational Church, United Church of Christ, and First Congregational Church of Burlington emphasize the importance of social justice initiatives. First Congregational Church in Essex Junction and the First Unitarian Universalist Society of Burlington contribute significantly to the local community. Ohavi Zedek Synagogue, Richmond Congregational Church, Sisters of Mercy Associates, and the Society of St. Edmund all play a vital role in the interfaith dialogue promoting social justice in Vermont. Temple Sinai and the Vermont Racial Justice Alliance partner continuously to advocate for systemic change.

Barre Congregational Church is a welcoming community that offers individual membership opportunities for those seeking to deepen their faith. Bethany Congregational Church, UCC in Randolph partners in ministry with local organizations to support social justice initiatives in Vermont. Christ Episcopal Church in Montpelier, as well as the Church of the Good Shepherd (Episcopal) in Barre, actively engage in outreach efforts. First Presbyterian Church of Barre and Hedding United Methodist Church, Barre also focus on both spiritual growth and community service. The Old Meeting House in East Montpelier and the Unitarian Church of Montpelier round out this list of congregations committed to fostering a spirit of partnership and social justice in their mission.

Greater Bennington Interfaith Council

Second Congregational Church of Bennington

UU Fellowship of Bennington, which promotes individual membership and partners in ministry, is dedicated to advancing social justice in Vermont.

Hanover Friends Meeting, St. Barnabas Episcopal Church, and St. Paul's Episcopal Church are all dedicated to fostering individual membership within their communities. Thetford Hill Church, known as First Congregational in Thetford, UCC, along with the Unitarian Universalist Congregation of the Upper Valley, actively work as partners in ministry to promote social justice in Vermont.

Champlain Valley Unitarian Universalist Society, along with its partners in ministry, actively promotes individual membership and social justice in Vermont. The Jewish Congregation of Greater Stowe (JCOGS) also contributes to these efforts, alongside St. Martin's Episcopal Church and the United Church of Underhill.
